Originally delivered in 1979 in white, the car was restored and repainted in blue approximately 20 years ago. At that time, cavity protection and additional underbody protection were applied. The car presents very well overall, with only minor cosmetic imperfections such as small paint chips.

The convertible top is in good condition, with a previously repaired tear. The car is also fitted with both a tonneau cover and a convertible top boot.

Power comes from a 1.6-liter air-cooled flat-four engine equipped with Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection, offering smooth and reliable performance. The front brakes have been upgraded to disc brakes, improving overall safety and drivability.

Recent maintenance includes injector cleaning in March 2023, battery replacement in July 2024, as well as replacement of the fuel pressure regulator and cylinder head temperature sensor in October and November 2024.

A major service was carried out by a specialist in France in September 2025 for over €5,000, including spark plugs, engine and gearbox oil service, filters, alignment, new tires, brake fluid flush, suspension arms and bushings, fuel pump, and full geometry setup.

The car comes with its original owner’s manual, service booklet, and a comprehensive file of invoices.
